TIHS is well placed at Indira Canal, Ayodhya Road, Lucknow, which also contributes to the educational empowerment of nearby districts. Spanning across a lush one lakh square feet, the campus of TIHS boasts comprehensive residential facilities, including hostels, a well-equipped mess or cafeteria, lecture rooms, a vast library, faculty and administrative offices, an auditorium, and various support amenities.
The Account Section at TIHS serves as a cornerstone of financial management within the institution, overseeing all monetary operations and transactions. As the central financial entity, it manages the financial activities of various departments and sections established within the institute framework.
With a commitment to precision and compliance, the account section handles budgeting, expenditure tracking, revenue management, and financial reporting with diligence. The college has a spacious internet equipped Zoology laboratory to conduct practical in basic Zoology. Lab offers the students the facilities to understand the animal kingdom by exploring the physical morphological characteristics of animals with the help of prepared slides, Specimens, Models and Charts. Laboratory has a good arrangement of equipments like haemoglobinometer, Haemocytometer, pH meter, Colorimete etc.
The laboratory presents through its instruments an ideal place for undergraduate students to study the histology of various cells, tissue and organs, collection and preservation of animal species. Application of micro-techniques for slide preparation and staining of through fixation and sectioning for identification of various histological slide tissue and organs sections, identification of embryological slides and embryological stage etc. Lab also facilitates exploration of the general anatomy of animals from different phyla through various slides examination and observation of animal specimen preserved.
The institute provides pure, fresh and cool drinking water for the students and staffs. Institute makes sure that the fresh and hygienic water available without any hindrance on every floor of the campus.
TIHS provides clean and separate washrooms for boys and girls to maintain safety as well as to avoid unnecessary chaos.
The Campus Recruitment Program commences in the month of August and begins with filling up of the Training and Placement Assistance Form. A list of eligible students is taken out by the Placement Cell who are allowed to sit for the final placement process. The students then are geared up to deliver their best. In this regard, the major focus of the Placement Cell is on developing life skills in our students, regular corporate interactions, summer internships and final placements.

There is an efficient power supply in the campus. In case of any power cut, we have high voltage generators and working solar panels.
TIHS offers a vast playground to facilitate the holistic development of its students, complemented by the guidance of a dedicated sports instructor cum sports committee Head. With two changing rooms for men and women, as well as a neat and clean restroom, the institute ensures the comfort and convenience of all participants. Moreover, the ground is illuminated by flood lights, ensuring adequate visibility during sporting events and during the night time for respective hostellers. Outdoor sports include Volleyball, Kho-Kho, Thug of War, Cricket, Batminton etc.
In addition to outdoor sports, TIHS provides indoor games such as arm wrestling, carom and chess for recreational purposes. The institute has a spacious area canteen facility. It is capable of catering to the demands of the students, staff and respected visitors, and can accommodate more than 50 persons at a time. It runs under institute management. The Institute canteen also caters to the events organized in the institute programs like exams, events, seminars, conferences, and workshops. The kitchen staff takes care to provide the students and staff a nutritious and hygienic food at our campus canteens. A variety of hygienic food and snack items includes samosas, variety of parathas, fried rice, chinese foods, ready to drink juices, meals and etc. it has a well established menu for hostellers for their convenience.

The Institute offers its students state-of-the-art laboratories. One such facility is the audio-visual lab for Journalism Students, which offers distinct audio and visual sections for the education, production and advancement of media. The most recent cameras, editing, mixing, and live sound engineering equipment are all part of this high-tech, state-of-the-art audio-visual facility.
Students practice video shooting, handling cameras, taking pictures, and anchoring in the video lab. By doing this, students pick up the language of framing, lighting control, scripting, and other concepts. All of the equipment is available at the audio lab. As a radio host, audio editor, audio mixer, or creator, students can develop their craft. With student assistance, Techno College also hosts a radio program called “Techno Tarang.” Students practice and record the programs on a regular basis in the lab. Additionally, in the lab, students learn about many photography genres including product, modal, and so forth.

At TIHS, the health and safety of our students are of utmost importance. That’s why we’ve established a dedicated medical emergency room equipped to handle medical emergencies. This room includes a double bed to provide comfortable accommodation for students requiring immediate medical attention. Additionally, we maintain a well-stocked first aid box for prompt treatment of minor injuries or illnesses.
In case of more serious medical issues or unforeseen accidents, TIHS has established connections with nearby nursing homes and hospitals in addition to its sister institute Apollo Clinic to ensure students have access to comprehensive medical care without delay. Our first aid box is regularly maintained and fully equipped to address any potential emergencies, ensuring that students receive the necessary support and care when they need it most.
The institute has lifts system in every block (Two lifts) i.e. Block A and Block B to help student and staff reach out to different floors during the institute hours. A ramp is also built in the campus for the comfort of its students and any disabled person in the campus.
The Shakuntala Library, situated on the second floor of Block-A in the main campus. Driven by innovation, the library is fully automated using cutting-edge library management software solutions. The institute campus is well equipped with Wi-Fi facility. Internet connectivity is available through both broadband and LAN. Wi-Fi facility is also extended to Library, Conference Hall and Auditorium to enrich teaching and learning experience.

The botany laboratory provides the students with a suitable environment to develop a detailed understating of the plant kingdom by exploring the morphological, anatomical and physiological characteristics of plants. The laboratory is also equiped with different types of microscopes ,digital balance ,reagents, glasswares ,instruments and various plant specimens. Laboratories are one of the characteristic features of education at all levels. It would be rare to find any education course without a substantial component of laboratory activity. It is taken for granted that experiment work is a fundamental part of education course. To cope up with advancement in teaching learning, our institute is equipped with following labs-
Psychology Lab: There exists a Psychology Laboratory in the college which contains more than 30 Psychological tests. The trainee teachers are acquainted with the procedure of administration, analysis and interpretation of different tests as recommended.
Science Lab: The College has a well-equipped laboratory with all the equipment necessary to carry of experiments required at school level and to develop the spirit of scientific attitude for prospective teachers. Working model of different topics of science, prepared by pupil teachers are available in lab.
Mathematics Lab: The college also has a well-equipped Math laboratory with all the equipment necessary to carry out experiments and explore patterns and ideas. Here, activities present a problem or a challenge with a possibilities of generating critical and logical thinking.
Art & Craft Lab- Art and Craft lab is a place where learners can express their aesthetic views and can develop their imagination power. Students can also build a personality of positive thinking with proper attitude. This lab is the place of experiments with creativity.
